Rebel Rua's Fitness is now running a couch to 5k program, The program takes place every wednesday evening at 7.30pm, Friday evening at 7.30pm and Sunday Morning at 9.30am. The program is desgined for beginners to start off at a slower pace over shorter distance and build the distance and pace up over the course of 8 weeks to meet our 5k goals.
The program is €30 for the full program and race registration or €2 pay per session.
