Seán Óg

Sean is a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with a keen interest in helping others to set and achieve their fitness goals. Sean Himself set out on a Fitness Transition Journey Himself in 2016 loosing over 3 stone in 8 months and therefore can relate to the difficulty and personal Motivation it takes to start and continue on the journey to a newer better you.
Sean Hosts a number of body conditioning classes and is also available for One To One Private Sessions. During Sean’s Classes and personal training sessions you are guaranteed to get the support and understanding needed to start your journey to a new & better you.
