L.I.F.E Fitness (Low Impact Fitness Exercises):
Our low impact circuit classes are Ideal for complete beginners and people of all fitness levels. Workout using little to no equipment and complete body movements. These body movements are designed to stimulate the heart rate, helping you to burn calories. Each body movement is altered to suit the person’s fitness level and ability.A choice of modifications is given for each exercise.
Kettlebell training is a full body workout that requires the use of all the major muscle groups and core stabilization. It combines Strength & Cardio training into the one workout so is great for toning. During our Kettlebell classes you will build long lasting lean muscles, improve your strength and power in your upper body, lower body & core as well as reduce your body fat. - Spaces are limited to 10 per Block so sign up now.
TRX & CORE
TRX Also known as Suspension Training, this class will push you to new levels of strength using TRXSuspension Training bands and your own body weight. TRX uses body weight exercises which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Add Some core strength building exercises in and you have a complete workout that will help you rise to new levels.
Step Aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a step to the beat of music, we will combine a variety of different moves and routines in order to get you a complete cardio based workout. This class is suitable for beginners we add moves in gradually, teach them and then combine them into a routine.
Boot Camp Circuit:
Our Bootcamp circuit is one of our most popular classes. (its also the first ever class we started) Now running for 2 years. Our Bootcamp will allow you to test your fitness. We will test your limits and push fitness levels to the max. Bootcamp consists of one hours of full body exercises that vary from week to week. Every Exercise will help you to shred fat, build muscle and transform your body.. Modifications are given for all exercises making this class suitable for everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes and the best place to start a complete body transformation.
Body Con Workout is a full body workout using weights to the beat of music. During a body con class you will condition your body using weight bearing exercises combined with music to keep the correct tempo of the move helping you to focus on both the concentric (lifting) and eccentric(lowering) phase of the exercises equally. The Music ensures each part is of the same tempo making every exercise more effective.
Body con is great for full body toning, very challenging and great fun.
Strength & Conditioning:
This class is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercises using free weights, resistance bands, body bars, and floor exercises. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe. We finish with core training and stretching for a complete workout. Strength and conditioning will help you to get your weights higher, your body more toned and your fitness levels to new extremes. Modifications are giving for all exercises which makes it suitable for all levels of fitness.
