Body Blast:
Body Blast is a combination of both cardio & conditioning. You get two methods of exercise in one workout! It Will Torch fat in a fun and challenging class which combines using your own bodyweight and cardio to shape your entire body. Aerobic, floor work and resistance exercises using kettle bells, free weights and mat work.
Circuit workout:
Our circuit fitness class is designed for people of all ages and fitness levels and allows you to work at your own pace. The circuit fitness classes use a combination of interval techniques and a range of equipment to allow you to achieve a full body workout.

L.I.F.E Fitness (Low Impact Fitness Exercises):
Our low impact circuit classes are Ideal for complete beginners and people of all fitness levels. Workout using little to no equipment and complete body movements. These body movements are designed to stimulate the heart rate, helping you to burn calories. Each body movement is altered to suit the person’s fitness level and ability.A choice of modifications is given for each exercise.
O.T Boot Camp:
Operation Transformation Boot camp is part of our local operation transformation program. Test your fitness. Test your limit and push your fitness levels to the max, This boot camp will consist of one hour of tough exercises that will vary each week helping you to shred fat and help you transform your body.
Strength & Conditioning:
This class is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercises using free weights, resistance bands body bars, and floor exercises. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe. We finish with core training and stretching for a complete workout.
Boxing FIT:
Boxing Fit will give you a full cardio and core workout using boxing techniques and combinations allowing you to increase your muscle and cardio endurance through every punch. Boxing Fit In one of our most popular class and therefore fills up very fast, Booking is essential and places are limited to 16 per class.
HIIT & Core:
HIIT stands for High-intensity interval training, this class is designed to strengthen and tone core muscles and give you a full body workout that maximises fat and calorie burning through HIIT cardio exercise.
People can burn calories for up to 38 hours after a good HIIT class.
